Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com sells spy cameras and other spy gadgets on the website www.spy-camera-gadgets.com, of which all products are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Applicability
- These terms and conditions are applicable to all products sold over the website www.spy-camera-gadgets.com

Your account
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com only sells products to adults above the age of 18 who can purchase with a credit card or other approved payment form. By placing an order the buyer states that he or she is 18 years of age or older.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders from users who do not meet these requirements.

Ordering process and acceptance
- To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant ordering page.
- All goods are subject to availability and an order will not constitute an agreement on our part to sell goods to you until it is accepted by us.
- You will be notified of our acceptance as soon as reasonably possible after your order and payment has been received. All orders are processed within 2 working days.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com has the right to remove products from the website and cancel deliveries.

Product descriptions
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com attempts to be as accurate as possible when posting content about our products.

Prices and payment
- All orders must be prepaid via our payment provider PayPal.
- The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.
- Pricing and/or quotations will not apply to repeat orders.
- The prices stated on the website include VAT and delivery charges.

Delivery & Taxes
- Delivery will only take place when Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com has received the full amount.
- We will notify you in the confirmation of your order of the approximate date of delivery of the goods.
- Unless we are notified by email within 7 days of the date of delivery of the goods, we assume they have been received by you undamaged and in good order.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com ships worldwide, and has the right to determine the shipping mode.
- The risk of loss or damage of the ordered goods during shipping will be passed on to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com is not responsible for any customs’ duties, tariffs, import restrictions or any other fees or restrictions associated with the purchased items.
- The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of the products they will be importing, as well as ensuring there is a recipient to receive the sent goods.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com will not refund orders confiscated by customs.

Cancellations
- All ordered items are processed within 2 working days. Orders can be cancelled within this 2 working day period by sending an email to the email address specified below.
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com will return the money within 7 days of the cancellation.

Return policy
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com thoroughly checks all products before they are sent out to customers.
- The buyer shall immediately inspect the goods upon receiving them. Should you be in any way justifiably unhappy with our goods you can, upon giving us an explanation of your complaint, return the goods to us in exchange for a refund of the purchase price provided that each item of the goods is returned in perfect condition within 7 days of the delivery of the goods to you.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Your rights against us shall be limited to your rights to the return of the money.

Liability
- Spy-Camera-Gadgets.com assumes no liability associated with product usage.
- Every buyer is responsible for familiarizing him/herself and for complying with any applicable law.
